I hope this message finds you well. I just wanted to update you all about a pause in our operations that will temporarily affect order processing and fulfilment.

Beginning 30/03/2024, we will be taking a hiatus from accepting new orders. This decision comes as part of our commitment to not only maintain the quality of our products and services but also to ensure personal well-being and rejuvenation.

Due to Dino Print no longer being our full-time job, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain the exemplary customer service that we pride ourselves on.

We will still be available to answer any questions and assist with any needs you may have regarding past orders, but please understand it might take us longer than usual to get back to you.

I sincerely appreciate your understanding and support during this time. This pause will help us come back stronger and more ready than ever to serve you with the same passion and excellence you have come to expect from us.

We are excited for what’s to come and look forward to reopening sometime in the future.
